WARRANTY AND SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Due to the specific nature of logistics services, the exchange/warranty for products and services will be specifically agreed upon with the customer based on each type of goods and stipulation of responsibilities between the parties. These agreements will be reflected in the service contract and if any arise, they will be handled based on that agreement.
